A guided prayer journal for women

His Wonders of Old

A guided prayer journal for women. Undated, so it never expires.

You pray for the same people every day, and you cannot remember what you asked for in March. This is a journal built around that one problem. Every request you write gets a number, and the same number waits for you in the prayer log, where you write down what happened. Four minutes a day: praise, people, requests, listen.

His Wonders of Old: the prayer log spread, both pages, with the tab strip visible

What's inside

The journal is a page system, not a book to read. You open it to the page you need and write.

SectionWhat it is
Daily prayer pageOne page a day, twelve months of them. A date line you fill in yourself, then four short moves: Praise, People, Requests, Listen, and one line for today
Prayer listsFive list pages you keep as you go: family, friends, church, the world, and one to name yourself
The prayer logTwelve two-page spreads. Left page: what you asked, with its number and date. Right page: what happened, with four marks, because granted, not granted, still asking and not sure are all real answers to write down
Month opener and reviewEach month starts with what you are asking for and a verse to carry, and ends with a two-page look back
Thirteen scripture prayer pagesOne Bible verse each, a short prayer you can pray, and space to finish it in your own words. They include the day the answer was yes, and the day what you asked for did not happen
Front matterHow to use it, the four minutes, why the numbers matter, and a page for the days you do not know what to pray

The right-hand page of a log spread. Granted, not granted, still asking, not sure: four marks, and the same amount of room for each one.

A daily prayer page on a tablet, with the six-tab strip readable at the bottom

The tabs, and why they matter at this price

Most prayer journal PDFs are a stack of pages you scroll through. This one is wired. Every page except the cover carries the same six-tab strip at the bottom: START, DAILY, LISTS, LOG, MONTH, VERSES. Daily pages also carry a month strip, so you can jump from a June page straight to December. The file holds 8,299 links, and every single one was resolved to its destination page and checked, not sampled. The import guide in both editions tells you exactly how to get it in, and what to do if your app ignores links.

Where the name comes from

His Wonders of Old

“I will remember the works of the LORD; yes, I will remember Your wonders of old.”

Psalms 77:11 (BSB)

That verse is a decision, not a feeling. The psalmist is in the worst night of his life and he goes back through what God actually did. The prayer log is that verse turned into a page you can keep...

What this journal will not do

It will not tell you that writing a prayer down makes God answer it, answer it faster, or answer it yes. There is no page in it that says that, and there is no page that asks you to fill every box or pray every day. The log exists to record what happened, including the no and the still waiting, and the journal says that out loud on its own pages.

Who this is for

It is for you if you carry other people's names to God every day and lose track of them. If you have started a prayer journal before and stopped in February because it was dated and you felt behind. If you would like, one year from now, to be able to open a page and see what you asked for and what happened. It works on a tablet with a stylus, and it works printed and in a binder.

Questions women ask

Is it dated? Will it expire?

It is undated on purpose. Every daily page has a date line you write yourself, there are twelve month sections with 31 daily pages each, and no year appears anywhere. Start in March if you want to, and use it again next year.

Which apps does it work in?

Any app that opens a PDF and keeps its links: GoodNotes, Notability, Apple Books, Xodo and others. It ships with a one-page import guide that walks you through getting it in, and tells you what to do if a tab does not respond. Import it as a document, not as a preview, or the tabs will not be tappable.

Do the tabs really work?

The file carries 8,299 links. Every one of them was resolved to its destination page and checked against the page it is supposed to land on, and none of them point anywhere else. That check is run again on every rebuild.

Do I need an iPad?

No. The $13.99 bundle includes a 32-page printable pack, so you can print the pages you want on ordinary paper and keep it in a binder. The $9.99 edition is the digital one, and it is built for a tablet and a stylus.

What is the prayer log, exactly?

Every request you write on a daily page gets a number. The log is twelve two-page spreads: on the left you write what you asked, on the right what happened, with a date and a mark. There are four marks, not two: granted, not granted, still asking, and not sure. A request that was not granted gets the same space as one that was.

Does it promise God will answer if I write it down?

No, and it says so on its own pages. Writing something down does not make God answer, answer faster, or answer yes. The log records what happened, including the no and the not yet.

What if I miss days, or whole weeks?

Nothing breaks. There is no streak, no catch-up page, and nothing anywhere that scolds you for a blank page. Start again on any daily page.

What Bible translation does it use?

The Berean Standard Bible. The thirteen scripture prayer pages quote it word for word, machine-checked against the published text. Nothing is paraphrased and nothing is AI-written.

Can I print the digital edition?

The $9.99 edition is one long hyperlinked file built for a screen. If printing matters to you, get the $13.99 bundle, which adds the ink-light printable pack with one clean copy of every page type, plus a how-to-print page.

Refunds?

If the journal is not what you hoped, reply to your receipt email within 30 days and we will refund you. No forms, no argument.
