Privacy Policy
Lily, by KKV Labs LLC. Last updated: August 18, 2026
Lily is a quiet place, and we treat it that way. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain words.
What we collect
- What you type in the app. Your first name, your chosen season, your prayers, and your devotional progress stay on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers.
- Chat messages. When you use Ask, your message is sent to our server so we can reply. We use an AI provider (Anthropic) to help write responses. Messages are processed to generate the reply and are not used to train AI models. We do not sell them or use them for ads, ever.
- A random device identifier. Used only to apply fair daily limits and connect your subscription. It is not your name, email, or phone number.
- Purchase information. Subscriptions are processed by Apple and RevenueCat. We never see your card details.
What we do not do
- No ads, no ad trackers, no selling of data. Not now, not later.
- No account is required, so there is no profile of you to leak.
- We do not read your prayers. They live on your device.
Important things to know
- Lily offers spiritual encouragement. It is not a church, a pastor, a therapist, or a doctor, and it is not a substitute for any of them.
- Some responses are generated with the help of AI. Bible verses themselves are always quoted word for word from the Berean Standard Bible or King James Version.
- If you share something that suggests you may be in danger, the app shows crisis hotline information. This happens on your device and our server; no report is made to anyone.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app deletes your on-device data. To ask us to delete server-side chat limits tied to your device identifier, email support@lilydevotional.com.
Children
Lily is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.
